Does our diet impact us spiritually?
This is Pastor Levi Lusko. He makes this Christian walk so practical. Nothing we do is neutral. It’s either leading us to God or to Darkness. That includes our diet.

Now I want to hear this entire sermon😉
Is your body a “home”
Treat your body like the house of the shunamite woman Make it hospitable for the Holy Spirit so he can stay and bless you and speak to you. One way to do that is by making wise eating and activity choices. Eat like the “Holy one” lives there Move like you are grateful to be able to 2 Kings 4:10

Clocked over 10k steps again today walking around old St Augustine with my son, DIL and grands. So much fun & good cardio keeping up with 3 toddlers! 😉
Don’t Settle
When it comes to exercise don’t settle at the bare minimum. The minimum is a great place to start. Once you are consistent with 20-90 min a day then try to get more done in that time everyday. Movement must be intentional but also Progress is Intentional. One more reps per set, one more set per exercise or shorter rest periods so you can add an exercise in the same amount of time are all ways to get more done regardless of your schedule. Comment below what workout you did today or any workout questions
