Hi everyone! How are you all doing? I wanted to share this book I’ve been reading. It’s called The “12 Week Year.” I’ve learned how to organize my time and energy to what’s really important. I know some of us, like myself, are still working a full time job while doing wholesaling. I encourage you all to read the book! I read it for free on Libby- it’s a library app that allows you to check out books for two weeks at a time. I’ll post more books that I read that you all will find helpful. Today, my partner informed me that the buyer backed out of the deal for the 3-flat property in Riverdale. We’ve been working on this deal for the past three months, so it’s disappointing. The buyer stated that the property required too much work, and the numbers just didn’t add up for them. Unfortunately, this is part of real estate—things like this happen. I had to explain the situation to the seller, which wasn’t easy, but it’s all part of the business. This is also a reminder of why it’s so important to keep your pipeline full. Despite setbacks like this, it’s always a good day for real estate!
