This email I received yesterday hit me hard
Sometimes I forget and have to be reminded that everything I do (including my work) is to help others. Chase the impact and add value—the income will follow. You don’t need permission to raise your value ✅ You don’t need applause to keep going ✅ You don’t need a license to hustle ✅ You don’t need comfort to grow ✅ You don’t need to explain yourself—to nobody. Most people wouldn’t even understand the season. I don’t want to talk. I don’t want to text. I don’t want to hang out. I don’t want to do anything that isn’t an exchange of value. Time is our most valuable asset and people dying everyday. 👉🏾 Don’t be afraid to do something different. Fail fast. Nobody can hold you back more than yourself. Don’t live and die on somebody else’s terms. Don’t let nobody tell you what you can’t do. Play the long game. Be relentless. Be helpful. Be authentic. Pray like it all depends on God—and work like it all depends on you.

Hi everyone, Starting next week, I want to do “Office Hours” - going live in the Skool to answer anyone’s questions about their wholesale real estate business, maybe do a deep dive into an interesting real estate topic, etc. for an hour or so. What time would work best for you all?

Tapping Back In
So I got discouraged because some deals fell through I got sellers to agree to my price but had an issue finding cash buyers. If anyone can share any tips that can help me on my journey as I get back to it I would appreciate it.

Hey Shameer. First off, great job on finding sellers to agree on a mutual price. That's something to be proud of. Don't be discouraged, but use this experience to teach you something. I would recommend building your buyer's list first and then finding motivated sellers. This way, when you have deals under contract, you can go straight to the buyers and successfully close your deals. Max has a video about how to find buyers. It's in the "Classroom" section of this group. If you are not already, I would highly recommend joining REI groups in your city- there tends to be a lot of cash buyers there.
How much cold calling?
For all of the solo part-time wholesalers that have regular 9-5 jobs, how many hours a day/week do you cold call leads?

@Jason Bush I understand your viewpoint. If work has an unpredictable schedule, would you benefit from planning your day hour by hour since you don’t know your schedule a week ahead. For example, you come in today and see your work load is heavy in the morning but you have 2 hours in the afternoon where you’ll have time to call. Have your list organized and ready so that you just press dial and keep calling. Even if you spend 1-2 hours 3x per week doesn’t mean you’re not getting anywhere. As long as you’re consistent and you get in what you can, you’ll have the result you need. Make the best of your schedule right now and believe that what you’re putting in will result in your desired outcome.
