Kenneth, I received a response from the Cuyahoga County Land Bank regarding four of the five parcels they own. They shared their land acquisition process and procedures for moving forward. I am still waiting on a call back from the agent you introduced me to. I have not received a response yet, so I have been identifying additional agents in parallel. Once I establish the GDV, I will reach out to the private owner of the remaining parcel to gauge their willingness to sell before tying up the other four parcels.
