400,000 members.
When I started the AI Automation Society, I had no idea it would grow into this. Under two years later and we just crossed 400k. The largest AI automation community in the world. Yes, the space is exploding. But this community grew because you guys keep showing up, asking questions, dropping answers, sharing builds, and helping the person one step behind you. Huge thank you to the team that keeps this thing running, and to every single one of you who's posted, commented, or just been here. I feel lucky to get to do this. So excited to share with you guys what we've been quietly cooking up over here at AIS...👀 - Nate

Great team and great content. Not much more complicated than that. Only question remaining - when you get to 1,000,000 members will you shave your head and get a cat? Or is that 1 Billion members...(cue the evil laugh here)
You Don’t Have to Be an Expert to Start Helping People
I recently had the opportunity to do my first AI training for a local entrepreneurs’ group I’m part of. It was a pretty basic introductory training on how small business owners can start using AI, but it was still a huge step for me. The opportunity came simply from mentioning that I work with AI. The business coach who runs the group heard that and asked if I’d be willing to teach a session on it. I definitely don’t see myself as an expert yet, but I realized I know enough to help business owners understand the basics, see what’s possible, and take a few practical next steps. And the best part is that now I’m on a lot more people’s radar. A few people came up afterward and said they’d be interested in meeting and having a conversation, so I’m hopeful some opportunities may come from it. I’m super grateful for people like Nate Herk and others who share so much valuable information for free. A lot of what I’ve learned has come from just watching, learning, implementing, and taking the next step. So I just wanted to encourage anyone else who feels like they’re “not ready yet.” You may not need to be 10 steps ahead. Sometimes you just need to be 1 or 2 steps ahead of the people you’re trying to help. Keep putting yourself out there. Mention what you’re doing. Share what you’re learning. You never know what doors might open. Here’s the video from the training if anyone wants to check it out and provide feedback: https://youtu.be/XwxLv4EdY1U Curious — has anyone else here had the chance to give an AI training or gotten an opportunity just from putting yourself out there?

@Andrei Belousov What an amazing job you did creating such a thorough intro to AI. This will be very helpful to me as I start doing presentations/workshops on AI implementation and usage in business. How much time did you put in to get this to the level that you have it at?

@Andrei Belousov It definitely shows. That's what it can take to NOT create AI slop. Nice work!
🚀New Video: I Built 500 AI Workflows, These 5 Actually Sell in 2026
I built 500 AI workflows, and these are the 5 that actually sell in 2026. In this video, I break down 5 “boring” AI workflows that businesses actually want in 2026, based on building 500 AI workflows myself. If you’re trying to figure out what businesses really want (not just what sounds cool), this is what’s working right now. These are simple, high-demand AI workflows you can build, sell, and scale in 2026. Hope you enjoy!

This helps a lot with the focus aspect in this type of business which is sorely lacking in a lot of other trainings. Thanks, Nate.
Overwhelmed by the AI space?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed in the AI space right now, that’s completely normal. I feel behind every single day. Things are moving insanely fast. Andrej Karpathy recently tweeted that he’s never felt this behind as a programmer. And this is someone who was the Director of AI at Tesla, a founding member of OpenAI, and one of the most respected people in the field. So if one of the leading voices in AI feels behind, you should not feel bad at all for feeling the same way. As we kick off the new year, just a reminder to focus on building simple systems for yourself, keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep moving forward. Don’t let the overwhelm stop you. Consistent progress always beats trying to keep up with everything. You’re in the right place. Cheers, Nate
