Most creators talk about content…community…modules…features… But none of that matters if you can’t answer one simple question: What is your OFFER? Not your group. (Pewee) Not your classroom. (Nahhh) Not your features. (Rubbish) Your OFFER —the thing that makes people say: “This is for me. This solves my problem. This person gets me.” Now ask yourself: Does your About Page actually present a UNIQUE OFFER that benefits the person joining? Or is it just: - “Here’s my group… join if you want.” - “We talk about X topic.” - “We’re a community for Y.” That’s not an offer. That’s a description. People don’t join because they’re informed. They join because they feel seen. So here’s the deeper question: What about your About Page makes their problem feel understood? What line speaks directly to their pain point? What sentence reflects their invisible battle? You have to give them a piece of yourself first. Yes — it feels counterintuitive. Yes — it feels like “oversharing.” But when people feel seen…they come back again and again for that feeling. Community isn’t built on information. It's built on recognition.
