You might have heard that Google is tightening the reins on AI-generated content. They’re starting with YouTube, but I know this is already affecting Google Search too. It's tied to SEO and whether your business shows up in those AI-driven search results. Why This Matters If you pump out 100 AI-written blog posts (like a member recently told me they did), there’s a good chance Google will hit your site with a penalty. Even running your content through an “AI checker” won’t save you. Why? Because much AI-generated text contains embedded watermarks—Google can detect them even if you think you’ve hidden it. A Better Approach: Leverage AI Without Getting Burned Here’s what I do instead: 1. I create a lot of videos—YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, long-form. 2. I take the transcript from those videos. 3. I ask ChatGPT to turn that transcript into a blog post while keeping as much of my original wording as possible. That way, the words are actually my words—AI is just helping format and polish them into a post or LinkedIn article. Two Key Elements for High-Impact Posts 1. Strong Call-to-Action (CTA)Always end your post with a CTA that aligns with your topic—e.g., “Book a call” or “Fill out our contact form.” This turns readers into leads. 2. Engaging Introduction (APP Formula) Use the APP formula in your intro: - Agree – Validate a big problem your reader has. - Promise – Tell them how you’ll help solve it. - Preview – Share your best “golden nugget” right away. These small tweaks let you still move fast with AI—without risking a Google slap.
