Hey Champs, Has anyone dealt with Amazon removing the Buy Box and marking your product as “Not Featured Offer Eligible”? At first, I assumed it was due to hijackers selling counterfeit versions at a lower price. I was able to get those removed using the hijacker template from the course. But even after that, and with me being the only seller on the listing, Amazon still isn’t showing my product as Featured Offer Eligible. Amazon’s latest response was that “lower prices are available off Amazon.” After digging, it looks like a few copycat sellers have taken my brand name and images and posted them on random websites, creating the appearance of cheaper offers. I’ve tried explaining this to Seller Support several times, but I’m just getting the typical runaround. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a good workaround?

Hey Champs, I’m curious to hear about everyone’s experience dealing with hijackers after receiving brand registry approval. I received a trademark and approval for brand registry earlier this year, and it has not offered the level of protection that I was expecting. Seller support has asked for proof of purchase and photos to prove that a hijacker is selling counterfeit items, which I already handled once. But it appears they want me to do this every time a new hijacker appears on my listing (which would pretty much require me to do this 3 to 6 times per month at the rate it’s been occurring). Is this their standard process or is there something else I should be conveying to Seller support to see better action and more protection moving forward?

Hey all, has anyone sent a recent shipment to the PB13 fulfillment center? It seems like an alternative address needs to be used instead of the address which populates on the FBA shipping labels. I’m curious if anyone has run into this before.
