This role extends beyond traditional operations—you'll be the right arm to the CEO, getting involved in customer conversations, pricing discussions, data analysis, and more. You'll own the operational foundation that enables Hookdeck to scale, working closely with the CEO to ensure everything runs smoothly from legal and finance to hiring and customer relationships. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch many different areas of the business. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, willing to learn and get involved in many different areas of operating and growing a startup. Your resourcefulness will be key to your success in this role. You'll be expected to be able to dive into many different areas of the business, some of which you may have limited experience with. This is an ideal role for someone who aspires to become a founder down the road, wants exposure to the operational reality of startups and want in a highly technicaly environment. This role is based in Montreal (where the founders and company is based) but we do not have a physical office as the rest the team is distributed across the world.
