How to Instantly Position Yourself as the Expert (Without Bragging) Authority is invisible until you make it visible. You can be the best coach, consultant, or course creator in your niche — but if your audience doesn’t feel that credibility instantly, they will hesitate. So how do you position yourself as the expert, without bragging? Here’s the framework I use: Teach before you sell. Give away real insights that change the way people think. When they realize your knowledge could change their life, trust builds automatically. Show proof. Client wins, testimonials, mini case studies — sprinkle them throughout your content naturally. People trust results more than claims. Speak to the pain they haven't voiced yet. When you describe someone's problem better than they can, they instinctively trust you to have the solution. You don't have to scream "I'm an expert." You just have to prove it through clarity, value, and real transformation. Trust follows truth.

@Pepijn Verheijen It is the fear of bragging about yourself. We all want to be humble and not talk about ourselves and results we create. Getting over this mindset is one of the biggest hurdles.
New product idea?
I feel like a huge amount of life just disappears because we forget things constantly. Conversations.Recommendations.Promises.Random important moments.Things people told us once. I’ve been working on an idea called “Life Search Engine.” Basically:a private app where you can search your own life context. You could ask: - “What did my friend say about Thursday?” - “Where was that sushi place someone recommended?” - “What commitments did I make this week?” - “Did this already come up before?” It would connect to: - calendar - email - notes - optional voice memory sessions you start manually The important part:raw audio gets deleted after transcription/extraction, and recording is always visible. I genuinely can’t tell if this is: - a future essential productor - something people would never trust enough to use Curious what your honest reaction is.

DAY 1/30: Funnel Redesign Challenge
Since I’m currently inside the FBCC Program, I wanted to push myself to become even better at funnel design, messaging, and conversion optimization. ‎ So for the next 30 days, I’ll be redesigning 30 funnel pages and breaking down exactly what I changed and why. ‎ Here’s the first redesign 👇 ‎ This one was a Funnel Hub page. ‎ The page had solid potential, but there were a few key issues that could hurt conversions and create confusion for visitors. ‎ So here’s what I changed: ‎ 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄: ‎ ❌ No clear headline explaining who they help or the result they provide ‎ ❌ Only CTA was joining a newsletter ‎ ❌ Messaging felt generic and didn’t speak directly to the audience ‎ ❌ Layout felt cluttered and hard to scan ‎ 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: ‎ ✅ Added a clear headline + subheadline focused on the target audience and desired outcome ‎ ✅ Added a stronger CTA button so visitors can easily take the next step ‎ ✅ Reworked the copy to make the messaging more compelling and benefit-driven ‎ ✅ Improved the structure with better spacing, margins, and visual hierarchy ‎ ✅ Refined the overall design to create a cleaner and more professional brand feel ‎ 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒: ‎ Most funnel pages don’t fail because of traffic… ‎ They fail because visitors don’t immediately understand: ‎ - What you do - Who it’s for - What action to take next ‎ Small changes in messaging, structure, and CTA placement can make a massive difference in conversion rates. ‎ Would love to hear your thoughts on this redesign 👇 ‎ Cheers, Nitin

I will say I liked how you could enter email on the before without having to click a button to open a modal. The after design is very modern and more like a 2026 website.
