This Week’s Development Plan
Hi Climbers, here’s what we’re focusing on this week. One of the biggest improvements is that Agency Mode will become accessible directly under your own domain, without the need for a CNAME configuration. The long-term goal behind this change is much bigger than just convenience. In the future, when we introduce more advanced team members and sales team features, your collaborators will access Agency Mode directly from your own branded domain, without ever seeing Climbo branding or infrastructure behind the scenes. This is an important step toward making the platform feel even more like a completely independent SaaS under your brand. We’re also happy to say that the Google Sheets integration has finally been approved by Google and is now ready for release. This will allow businesses to automatically import contacts directly from spreadsheets without relying on external automations. Another major focus this week is the beginning of the Climbo MCP development. We’re starting to build the infrastructure that will allow AI systems and external agents to interact with Climbo in a much more advanced and structured way. More details on this soon. We’ll also release the new review link compliant experience, based on all the discussions and feedback around Google policies. The goal is to create an experience where customers can always easily choose between leaving a public review or private feedback, while keeping the flow optimized for conversion and fully compliant. More updates soon, and as always thank you for all the feedback you keep sharing in the community.

🚀 New Feature Drop + Yesterday’s AMA Recording (30/04/2026)
Hi Climbers, the recording of yesterday’s AMA is now available, and we also released a new batch of features focused on GEO Agent, websites, demos, and employee tracking. You can now embed the GEO Agent article feed on any website via widget. This means the localized blog articles generated by the GEO Agent can be displayed outside the platform too, helping your clients keep their existing websites updated with fresh SEO-focused content. We also added the option to generate GEO Agent blog articles without an AI-generated image, so your clients can upload their own image instead. This gives more control when they want to use real business photos or more branded visuals. Demo account websites are now different by industry, making demos more relevant and realistic when you present the platform to prospects in specific niches. We also released new Employee Tracking API endpoints, including add employee, get employee performance, and get leaderboard. This gives more flexibility for automations, custom integrations, and external reporting. Finally, we added category + city inside our pre-built website title and browser tab title, which is a small but powerful SEO/GEO improvement for searches like “dentist in Austin” or “plumber in Miami”. Watch the AMA recording to see the full walkthrough, and let us know your feedback.

Incredible updates to the platform.
Training my Ai agent - game changer?
I just wanted to share this. I am impressed with how realistic the Ai agent has become. I told the Ai to start mentioning the barbershop's loyalty program when replying to the reviews. Read below, what the reply included. "..... As a valued customer, don’t forget to take advantage of our digital loyalty programme—your 7th haircut is complimentary as our way of saying thank you for your continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards," Can you imagine the SEO juice this will add? Can you imagine how this feature alone could make a difference between closing a sale and losing it to a competitor? @Giacomo Chinellato I can't tell you how thankful I am of all the work you and the team are putting into this tool.

@Semir Jo Thanks for sharing!
Users can create multiple accounts with the same email (trial abuse risk)
Currently, it seems possible to register multiple accounts using the same email address. This could allow users to repeatedly access free trials without upgrading, which may lead to abuse and revenue loss. It would be important to enforce unique email accounts or limit trial access per email/user.

🔧 This Week’s Focus: Platform Review & Improvements
Hi Climbers 👋 This week we’re taking a short pause from releasing new features to focus on something equally important: reviewing and refining the entire platform. Over the last 6 months, we’ve developed and released a huge number of features, shipping updates every single week. Because of this fast pace, we want to take a few days to step back and go through the platform carefully, reviewing the code, fixing minor bugs, and making small UI improvements where needed. The goal is simple: make sure the platform is as solid, stable, and smooth as possible for you and your clients. Sometimes the most important work is not adding more features, but making sure everything already built works perfectly and feels polished. From next week we’ll go back to our usual development rhythm and continue releasing new features. Thanks again for all the feedback you keep sharing — it’s helping us improve the platform every single week 🙌
