We had a great RED Tag class tonight in MPGA+ - thanks for those who showed up for RED01 Week 1. We discussed fundamentals in mental training and part of the homework assignment was to find a youtube video of a highly regarded athlete talking about or showing their side of mental training. Hi everyone! I’m one of the Coaches here at MPGA! Great to be here. I live in Huntsville, Alabama USA. I like to workout and I have my own Mental Skills Coaching practice working with Pro, College, and High School teams and athletes. It’s fun and doesn’t feel like work.
