3-5 Clients funded all around the same time and spent a few months building/ nurturing a relationship and scoping some apartment buildings. Those same 3-5 people all successfully funded 75-100k of 0% interest business credit. 200-300k down payment on a 1.5 million dollar apartment building = amazing cashflow & equity to borrow against some more.
