I’m a 50 year old menopause woman. Yes, I’m on HRT. Started with Reta to help shed 30 pounds, no results. If anything, just a tender stomach from the shots Thinking of switching to Triz. Looking to see if anyone else has gone the same route with results?

Reta
Anyone not have Reta work for them? I came off Tirz and have slowly titrated Reta. I am final at 4mg a week and microdosing. Finally feeling some appetite suppression. I have not lost a single pound since starting in June.

About to start Week 4 of Reta and I am down 19 lbs. Question I have is would it be possible to split dose as it gets closer to shot day it the food noise starts to come back!!!! What are some stacks that you all are using with Reta looking to start adding to my journey! TIA

@Derek Pruski if you had no issues with 1mg for the first week. Can you go to 2mg week 2 but split it between M/Th shot to lessen side effects?
