Reta
About to start Week 4 of Reta and I am down 19 lbs. Question I have is would it be possible to split dose as it gets closer to shot day it the food noise starts to come back!!!! What are some stacks that you all are using with Reta looking to start adding to my journey! TIA

thank you all for the feedback I am looking to maintain muscle. I am still losing weight so i do not want to up the dose just I can notice when it is upcoming because I start to get hungrier. I eat just a lot less as i get fuller faster. I am trying to maintain my protein. Thanks again everyone
