But over time, I realized something important… I’m not actually passionate about “community strategy” in the way the online space usually talks about it. I’m not interested in teaching people how to post 17 times a day, manipulate engagement metrics, or build loud hype machines that burn everyone out. What I care about is something deeper than that. I care about helping good people build spaces that actually feel safe, human, welcoming, clear, connected, and alive. Spaces where people don’t feel like leads.They feel like they belong. And honestly… the more I worked with entrepreneurs behind the scenes, the more I realized most people are exhausted. Exhausted from trying to sound like marketers. Exhausted from copying bro marketing strategies that don’t even feel like them. Exhausted from trying to build businesses that technically “work” while quietly draining the life out of them. So this community is evolving.
