Something has been shifting behind the scenes over here… 👀 And before I just quietly change everything overnight, I wanted to tell you where we’re headed first. When I originally created MOCKUP, it was rooted in community building. But over time, I realized something important… I’m not actually passionate about “community strategy” in the way the online space usually talks about it. I’m not interested in teaching people how to post 17 times a day, manipulate engagement metrics, or build loud hype machines that burn everyone out. What I care about is something deeper than that. I care about helping good people build spaces that actually feel safe, human, welcoming, clear, connected, and alive. Spaces where people don’t feel like leads. They feel like they belong. And honestly… the more I worked with entrepreneurs behind the scenes, the more I realized most people are exhausted. Exhausted from trying to sound like marketers. Exhausted from copying bro marketing strategies that don’t even feel like them. Exhausted from trying to build businesses that technically “work” while quietly draining the life out of them. So this community is evolving. Not into a “community about communities.” ⚫️ Into a space for heart-led entrepreneurs, creators, teachers, guides, builders, and visionaries who want to grow something meaningful without losing themselves in the process. Here’s the direction we’re moving toward: ✨ Purpose Build spaces where people genuinely belong. ✨ Mission Help heart-led entrepreneurs create communities, ecosystems, and businesses that feel human, sustainable, welcoming, and aligned with who they really are. ✨ Vision To help 100 entrepreneurs build communities filled with raving fans… not because of hype tactics, but because their people feel seen, safe, connected, and excited to stay. You’ll probably start noticing changes around here slowly over the next few weeks. New language. New structure. New energy. More depth. More honesty. More humanity.

@Louise Stefanie well... I'll tell you honestly. For over a year, I was giving of my time, resources and wisdom without a proper valuation and expectation on the return of that investment. So what that looks like now. Clearer mapping to my offers. Actually stating my offers in public. Creating pathways for people to purchase those offers, get clarity on their next step and move forward. Why weren't people purchasing... - no real home for working with me - no real offer available to actually purchase - not talking about it enough in enough places I thought I could give my way into receiving. That's not actually how that works. And the overwhelming message on Skool from those who have already made it is ... give value for free so "they" will want to pay you. I've proven that is not exactly the whole truth. How do you emulate this? - is your offer out and available for people to see? - is your messaging clear as to what they will get out of your offer? - are you pulling in traffic with your offer and conversations around your offer? <this one I am working on right now> Heavily.

@Louise Stefanie We can look through it together. As promised... here's the link to the community review (audit).
Welcome! 🤗
I’m so glad you joined us. So nice to meet you & welcome you to your new besties. I’d love for you to introduce yourself in a way that you are comfortable with. If you’d like some fresh ideas… Tell us something unique or special about where you are in the world. Promo your community & tell us what inspired you to start it. Your favorite travel destination and sell us on why we want to go too. 🥰 A few things before you go… - this community is public - everyone - everywhere - everything (for now) - I will be posting in the SEO category for AEO - Please don’t self promote here. I’d be happy to share some communities where you can do that. This post & special posting events are the only opening for it. - this space is in flux & getting clearer everyday. Be kind. 😜🥰 ❤️‍🔥 let’s build awesome communities together!

@Auli Takala that is the one thing I’m afraid of. It’s hot 🥵 in Houston.

@Louise Stefanie Sold! Now I want to go to Victoria Falls! I spent 10 days on a hiking tour around the South island of New Zealand. This line just punched... "I want to be real in a world that sometimes feels unreal." As someone with ADHD and the specific human design aspects, I've masked my whole life. I had a dark night of the soul experience in 2022 and since then I've been deconstructing the religious aspects of my upbringing to better understand Creator and Source.
Research: "Affiliate Training" a working title but not the whole story
🧠 Community Owners... Stay in owner brain with me. I've been exploring an idea and I'd love your honest feedback before I build anything. Most affiliate programs give members a link and maybe a few swipe files. But what if the real problem isn't getting people to share? What if the real problem is helping members understand: ✅ Who your community is actually for ✅ How to recognize a good fit ✅ How to share their experience naturally ✅ How to start conversations without sounding salesy or spamming links everywhere ✅ How to tell their story in a way that helps the right person say, "Wait... that's me." I'm considering a plug-and-play course that owners could drop directly into their community. Not a bunch of generic swipe files. Not "copy and paste this post." More like a member advocacy system that helps your most active members understand your community, articulate their experience, and create content that sounds like them so they attract more members like them. Some possible names: 🔹 Community Advocate System 🔹 Story-Driven Referral System 🔹 Community Recommendation Engine 🔹 Member Story Engine 🔹 The "Someone Like Me" Framework 🔹 Community Advocacy Toolkit 🔹 Referral Story System I have additional questions that I'll post in the comments because I want you to take your time to answer and answer thoughtfully for your member's benefit. I'm still in research mode, so don't hold back. I'd rather hear the hard truth now than after I build it. 💙

@Auli Takala thank you. 😊 Any tools you’d like to see that would help your members?

@Auli Takala I think it would be great for your summits. Also... when is your next summit coming up? I was talking in a group call today and have two people who might be a great match for your summit.
I PROMISE... I'm not calling it an audit anymore!
I'm gonna admit something... I HATE asking for help. And after 20 years of teaching, being the one who knows and being the "I got it girl" most of my life makes it even more difficult. So I was calling this service for support I am offering an "audit". If you're like me, that feels like the IRS are pounding down your door or Roz from Monsters Inc is about to make her zoom appearance. So what it really is... I walk into community spaces and take a look around. I use these spidey senses to recognize patterns, see the energy and the notice things. I notice when I lean in. I notice areas where I feel safe and some where I start to lean right back out. It's not intentional. Honestly, I just don't know if we think about this when it's our baby. We're so focused on building a beautiful space and creating courses where our members will grow from our wisdom on a topic. We're excited to serve. We build these spaces with good intentions. We create welcome posts, Start Here sections, community guidelines… all because we genuinely want people to feel supported and know how to participate. But sometimes when it’s our own space, we can’t feel what a new person feels walking in for the first time. It's a kind look but the word audit feels like someone's about to walk through your space and rip it to shreds. NEVER!! NEVER my goal! Never going to be the way I show up. But I really am doing an energy audit. What posts make it easy to join in the conversation? What posts make me wonder if I fit in this space? Are these my people? Those are real questions your members are asking. But they'll probably never say that out loud because we're human and safety is our nervous system's top priority!! But I also know this reflection is really important to adjust your community so members can see them self inside the conversations. I've already talked to Chat, Claude and Plexi about this. I would rather talk to the humans who would receive this feedback. What would you call this? What would resonate in a "she gets me" way?
I PROMISE... I'm not calling it an audit anymore!

@Louise Stefanie the word audit just doesn't sit well in my body. It is more of a walkthrough where I "walk" into your community to see patterns that could be tweaked ever so slightly to help members lean into the community. I just realized the "audit" review course hasn't been added. Do you want me to tag you when I get it finished today? Notices my member journey is still in progress. I will address that today too.
🔬 RESEARCH... This post will be deleted soon.
Would you participate in a live group coaching session where one community owner receives direct coaching while everyone else learns by watching and participating? 🐟 Think "fishbowl coaching." If you chose anything except "Not interested"... What topic would you most want covered? 👇 Comment below. PS... not interested is still data and I appreciate your feedback... genuinely.

@Louise Stefanie I get that distinction. If I'm teaching "business" it's only in an effort to build your community and the business systems behind your community. Great feedback!
