I so need this as I'm 100% broke. I'm new to the community learned a bit about this business from Alfred Taren and to JV with him he said 40% me and 60% him. Any suggestions as I am trying to start this business and ChatGPT says Georgia should be my focus point in Fulton, DeKalb,Gwinnett,Cobb,Clayton,Chatham,Richmond counties. What are the best free softwares to use? I heard Cyberbackgroundchecks is great for skiptracing. What kind of script should I use? How do you explain JV partnership the the client?

@Shawn Buige No, I didn't buy anything from Alfred. Alfred teaches surplus funds for free and has a paid program. I'm just in his class here on skool. I'm completely broke and out of work, no savings and trying my darndest to figure out how to start this business withno money.
