Here’s a mindset that changed everything for me: “We must abandon the intention to receive, and replace it with the intention of giving." Then we receive what we let go of, and can move forward. Most people are walking around thinking: -How can I get more attention? -How can I get more followers? -How can I get paid? So they chase, they push, they stress. Nothing works. Or worse, it works for a while, then crashes. But when you start asking: -What can I give? -Who can I help today? -What value can I create? Everything shifts. You stop forcing results. You start creating momentum. People notice. Opportunities show up. It’s weird. You give more, and end up with more. You want more love? Start giving more love. You want more support? Start offering support. You want growth? Start helping someone else grow. Let go of the need to chase. Focus on contribution. The success you’re trying to take... you attract instead. If your community feels quiet posting more is not the answer. Most engagement problems come from one thing People don’t know what to respond to Or they don’t know why their response matters Engagement is not about activity. It’s about relevance. Today’s focus is simple. Create conversation not content. Post one question inside your community that Feels easy to answer Connects to the problem your community solves Does not require anyone to be an expert Reply to EVERY response ( doesn’t hav de to be right away, once a day go responds to a few comments) Use names. Keep the conversation going in a natural way! Engagement grows when people feel noticed not pressured. People just want to be seen and heard! Listen 👂 and respond! Pro Tip: It doesn’t always have to be business related it can be fun things. Everyday reliable human things. Would you rather’s, this or that’s! But do try to put a lil more effort into it then just basic ( pizza or tacos 🌮) lol although pale LOVE talking about food! The full breakdown and examples are linked in the classroom for today.
