Fruit, Mocktails, and Reflections!!! 🍍🍓🍊
Happy Sunday, beautiful souls!!! Today is the last day of the month; a perfect moment to pause, breathe, and honor everything you moved through, learned, released, or simply survived. You made it here and that alone is worth celebrating Before we step into a new month, ask yourself: What am I proud of from this month? What can I gently let go of? What energy do I want to carry forward? Let today be a soft closing: a moment to return to yourself, reset your spirit, and create space for what’s next. Share one thing you’re releasing… and one thing you’re calling in for the new month.

I am going to continue healthy habits overall & actually follow the things that I have learned that I need to remain healthy. I have realized that taking time for myself is so much more important than I ever imagined.
My Homemade Granola Recipe!
Ingredients - 2 cups rolled oats - 2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds and/or pecans) - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup, if vegan) - 1 tbsp vanilla Instructions: To begin, preheat your oven to 300 and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients (oats, nuts, cinnamon) and stir them together. Melt the coconut oil. Add your honey, whisk them together, and microwave them again till they are very warm (about another 30-60 seconds). Add your vanilla and whisk it it. Pour your wet ingredients over your dry ingredients, and stir till all of your oats and nuts are covered entirely. Pour your granola onto your pan and spread it out into one, thin, even layer. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or till the edges are just starting to gain a bit of color. The granola will get crunchy as it cools. Let granola cool entirely, before breaking it up into pieces. Stored in an airtight container this will last about a few months. Let me know if you try it out!

Plant-based pasta sauce from Sprouts (Livwell Sicilian Zuchini & Lemon). It’s like an Alfredo Sauce… very creamy.

Quick Energy Reset
Happy Thursday ya'll!!! Take a deep breath with me in through the nose, out through the mouth. Let it go. You don’t have to have it all together today. You just have to be present. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, soften your shoulders, and remind yourself: “I am safe. I am supported. I am exactly where I need to be.” Today’s invitation: Drink an extra glass of water. Step outside for 3 mindful breaths. Speak one loving word to yourself. What are you doing today to reset your energy and pour back into yourself? ☀️☀️☀️

Staying hydrated, exercising & trying to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night 🙏🙌
Mind-Body Check-In
Happy Tuesday ya'll!!! ☀️☀️☀️ Sometimes we get so focused on what’s next that we forget to pause and feel where we are right now. Today, I invite you to slow down and tune in. Ask yourself: 💜How does my body feel right now? 💜What emotion or energy am I holding onto that’s ready to be released? 💜What does my body need more of; rest, hydration, movement, or stillness? 💜You don’t need to fix anything; just notice. Awareness is where healing begins. Share one word that describes your energy today and one thing you’re doing to care for yourself. Create a great day!!!

Motivated 🙌…starting off my day with a cup of hot water with lemon slices. I drink it as soon as I get up & it jump starts my body.
