“Don’t Arrive After the Healing”
We need people most when we are not okay— not after we’ve already fought our battles alone and learned how to stand again. Because when someone shows up after the healing, they are no longer needed the same way. The moment has passed. The heart has already built its own strength… sometimes its own walls. Be aware of your presence in people’s lives. Someone out there may be quietly breaking, waiting for a word, a call, a simple “I’m here.” And yes—people can heal alone. They learn how to survive, how to smile again, how to carry their pain in silence. But don’t mistake that strength for lack of need. Because the truth is— being treated badly leaves marks no one can see. Being far from home carries a loneliness words can’t explain. Missing the smallest things can feel like losing a whole world. People don’t always feel what you feel. They don’t always understand your silence. That’s why your kindness matters even more. So please—be gentle with your words. Be present before it’s too late. Because sometimes, the greatest loss… is realizing someone needed you, and you weren’t there. You my healer, your everything, you never judge me, always there for me, heal me you know my heart ❤️🙌
