Gatherings are starting. Schedules are shifting. Flus are floating around. This is the week where small choices matter most. Drop in below 👇 1️⃣ Wins & Gratitude: What’s one win you had this week, and one person or moment you’re grateful for as the holidays approach? 2️⃣ Health & Energy Check: How are you protecting your body and energy right now (sleep, movement, nutrition, rest)? 3️⃣ Reality Check: What’s the biggest disruption to your routine this week—and how are you choosing to respond? 4️⃣ Presence Question: How can you show up more present (not perfect) for the people you’re about to gather with? 5️⃣ Support Check: What do you need help with right now—physically, mentally, or emotionally—as we head into Christmas week?
Day 4 – Choose Hard Now or Hard Later
“Life’s going to be hard either way. Choose the hard that builds you, not the hard that breaks you later.” 📖 Reflect: - What “hard thing” am I avoiding right now? - What pain am I creating by postponing it? - What would change if I faced it today? ⚡ Action Step: Do one task you’ve been avoiding. Face it head-on. 🔑 Gut-Check: Did I stay 1,000% Real today?

@Cecilia Ruiz when that 15/15 isn’t front and center HOUSTON we have a PROBLEM. You NEED that guidance of being told right now and having all things assigned until the imposter leaves the space necessary to execute and remember. Face your discipline and get that 15/15 done EVERYDAY. When you are able to look at the 15/15 by the end of the evening you should be too tired to think or keep yourself up, if the energy is still high, we simply didn’t execute enough. You got this, FOCUS. 🫆

Day 3 – Discipline Over Distractions
“Excuses are easy. Discipline is rare. Cut the noise, lock in your focus, and protect what matters.” 📖 Reflect: - What’s my biggest distraction right now? - How is it costing me? - What boundaries do I need to protect my focus? ⚡ Action Step:Choose one major distraction (TV, social media, gossip, etc.). Block it for 2 hours today and focus on something that moves you forward. 🔑 Gut-Check:Did I stay 1,000% Real today?

@Jezalyn Tapia major 🔑!!! Time block your specifics and zone in. Take the Apple Watch off and put phone on DND and watch your life change in an instant. You got the right idea, now it’s time to execute.
Day 6 – Stack Wins, Not Excuses
“Small wins compound. Excuses compound too—but only one leads to freedom.” 📖 Reflect: - Where do I keep making excuses? - What small win can I create today? - How would 30 days of stacked wins change me? ⚡ Action Step:List 3 small wins you can accomplish today. Knock them out. Celebrate progress, not perfection. 🔑 Gut-Check:Did I stay 1,000% Real today?

“You can’t lead anyone if you can’t lead yourself.” 📖 Reflect: - What part of my life feels out of control? - Where am I asking others to follow when I’m still struggling? - What habit would help me lead myself better? ⚡ Action Step: Spend 5 minutes reflecting on how you handle stress. Commit to one healthier response next time pressure hits. 🔑 Gut-Check: Did I stay 1,000% Real today?

The more you immerse yourself in the Berto Blueprint and your Bible the more it will shift the focus to things more in your control and things that will help you and not bring you down.
