I observed a big email marketer how he designed his black friday offer. He had coupon codes saved in his shopping cart. Attached how he structured it. The people had to test combinations to get the right code. My idea: Let's do it in public and get IOIs. Not sure if I would do different levels. Maybe just one or two.
