Let's change direction of this acct.
Just a thought... why does Chris Kerr get all of the fun asking questions. Let's jump on some zoom's either individually or a group and either break down some film or ask 3 questions ( I heard that on another podcast).

Chris, this is my favorite programming piece you’ve posted - hearing the why’s and other nuances of how the written plans come together teaches me more than anything else you’ve posted when it comes to planning. Would love to see more of it.

Well the big dream is narrating the season and the week to week intentions and progressions. Maybe week 2 or 3 from indoor (though I am curious about the 23 second runs that appear in week 1 and then never again).
Idea for a post
Chris, I appreciate getting to see the weekly workouts you’re creating. Would it be possible for you to do a video where you explain the why’s of how you assemble each day for a week or longer? With the amount of exercises you offer, it’s not always intuitive to me as what exactly each one is there for.

I’d like an explanation of how you constructed week 2 of the outdoor season. Also, I guess this is a separate question but what is your reasoning for then general lack of tempo or special endurance work? Just not specific enough?
flat feet and force absorption
Hello Chris,do we know why flat feet= faster? it is evident that they do every elite sprinter have them do we know why though ?do they allow for more springy foot-running ONLY on ball of the foot and allow force absorption ? do they allow for more external rotation? whats your take .Also in ground contact when the foot is absorbing the force is extensive dorsiflexionin force absorption not ideal by the logic of the more you dorsiflex the more your shin becomes vertical and you push vertical also too much dorsiflexion is LOST ENERGY right ?Everybody dorsiflexes to absorb force but super elite sprinters(BOLT,JACOBS) seem to dorsiflex way less.

Workout exercise questions
Pretty awesome to see how you put things together Coach. Super grateful for all the videos (especially when they're actively linked). Any chance you have videos (or explanations) of leaning hops or banded fast leg? Also, it seems like on Monday the running element typically doesn't mention sets or reps, just the exercises - does that mean you’re only having them do 1 rep each or it simply varies from athlete to athlete? Thank you
