I've experienced struggles with manic depression, grief, misaligned thoughts, addiction, lonliness, abandonment, being overwhelmed, anxiety. There was a time in my life when I knew what it felt like to struggle on the inside while trying to keep moving forward on the outside. But my story didn't end with my struggles. In 2013, I fell from a carport roof while doing work at home. That moment became a life/ death turning point in my life. Through the difficult seasons, my faith in God became a central part of my journey. I learned that even when life knocks you down, there can still be hope, purpose, and a reason to keep going. God didn't waste my pain. He gave me a heart to help others who are hurting. That's why I created Faith on the Move. I know that people are hurting. Some are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, loneliness, or the overwhelming weight of life. Some have people around them but still feel completely alone. Others are afraid to speak because they don't want to be judged, misunderstood, or told to simply pray harder. I want you to know something: You don't have to pretend you're okay here. Faith on the Move is a faith based community. It's a place where you can make connections, ask questions, grow in your faith, and connect with people who understand supporting each other. And if you need more than community support, I also offer one-on-one counseling sessions to give you dedicated time to talk through what you're carrying. Here's what you can expect: - A safe, compassionate place to talk. - Someone who will listen without judging you. - One-on-one sessions focused on your struggles, concerns, and next steps. You don't have to be a Christian to join. You don't have to have all the answers. And you don't have to hide your struggles to belong. My goal isn't to tell you that life will suddenly become easy. It's to help you face what you're going through without feeling like you have to carry everything alone.
