By better understanding those around me and how they interact/react to their environment. By understanding how these people perceive my actions and tailoring interactions to those individuals. Building trust credit with the team so they are comfortable collaborating and working together!

Hard conversations are where trust is either built or lost! Having practical language or a meeting agenda/script helps leaders stay clear, calm, and respectful when the stakes are high.
