I’m not the best career coach you’ll ever meet - and that’s the point
I’m not the best career coach you’ll ever meet. I’m not the most polished. I don’t have a million followers or a book deal. And I’m definitely not the guy who’s going to tell you to quit your job, travel the world, and manifest success through journaling. But here’s what I am good at. I’m excellent at helping parents who feel stuck, lost, or burned out at work get focused again. Not with fluff. Not with theory. But with practical, real-world tools that actually fit around family life. I’m not world-class at marketing. But I’m damn good at cutting through the noise to help someone see the one thing that’s really holding them back. I’m not an expert in productivity hacks. But I am relentless about helping people build a plan that works on a Tuesday night after the kids finally go to bed. I’m not the kind of coach who promises 10X income or a dream life in 30 days. But I am the kind of coach who will help you move one step forward when you’ve been standing still for too long. You could say I’m a Jack of all trades, someone who knows just enough about HR, leadership, careers, mindset, and life with kids to see how it all fits together. Because career support isn't just about changing jobs. It's about energy, identity, confidence, family, and sometimes just remembering who the hell you are. So no, I’m not the best coach you’ll ever meet. But if you’re a parent trying to find your way back to purpose, progress, and pride in your work again I might be the one you actually need.
