🚀 The 2026 Career Battle Plan is now live.
It’s exactly what you need if you’re tired of drifting through your career hoping things will magically get better. Here's what it is: A complete framework to figure out what’s actually broken in your career and fix it in 2026 without blowing up your life. Inside the Battle Plan, you’ll: ✅ Diagnose what’s actually broken (wrong role? wrong boss? stuck? burned out?) ✅ Map your 3 options (fix it, move internally, or exit) ✅ Set quarterly goals that fit around school pickups and bedtime ✅ Build an accountability system so you don’t abandon this by February ✅ Execute without burning out or sacrificing family time. This isn’t a motivational pep talk. It’s a working document. You'll fill it out. You’ll come back to it every month. You’ll use it. Click here to access your Battle Plan Most people will download this, skim it, and never open it again. Don’t be most people. Your kids are watching how you handle this. They’re learning from you whether work is something that drains you or something that makes you proud. What do you want them to learn? One more thing: Plans without accountability are just pretty documents. If you’re serious about executing this, you’ll need support. That’s what the Parent Power Board is for. More details coming soon, but click here to learn more and sign up by December 31st for the lowest price it will ever be. I don't believe in holding people hostage with long contracts, life happens and I know the stresses of financial commitments and then suddenly your kid breaks an arm. So, you can cancel at anytime. But for now - go get your Battle Plan and fill it out! See you in there. Dan Comments? Questions? Drop them below. 👇

🚨 NEW: The Career Triage Call
Let’s be honest. Some of you are in this community because you’re curious about career stuff. But some of you? You’re here because your job is actively making you miserable and you don’t know what to do about it. You’ve tried the free tools. You’ve read the discussions. You’ve nodded along to other people’s stories. But you’re still stuck. And you need more than community support, you need someone to look at YOUR situation and tell you what’s actually broken. That’s why I’m opening up The Career Triage Call. What it is: 60 minutes. Just you and me. We diagnose what’s broken, stop the bleeding, and map your next move. No fluff. No 12-week program. No “find your passion” bullshit. Just: What’s wrong? What are your options? What’s the next step? What you get: ✅ Career diagnosis using my Career MRI framework ✅ Your ONE highest-priority issue identified ✅ Clear next steps you can take THIS WEEK This is for you if: • Your job is making you miserable but you don’t know why • You’re stuck and don’t know where to start • You need direction fast, not theory This is NOT for you if: • You’re just browsing • You’re not ready to actually do anything yet • You want someone to tell you everything’s fine (it’s probably not) Investment: $47 This is the founding member price. ⭐ Life is Heavy Right Now. Let’s Talk About It
Let’s be real and completely open here. Life is fucking hard at the moment. No one seems to like anyone. You can’t have an opinion without pissing someone off and then fearing what that will cause. AI is going to change the entire world and our careers and we have no idea what it will look like or if our careers are safe. Parenting is harder than ever. My 11 year old desperately wants her own phone and we’ve said no. All her friends have one and I have no idea if our decision is right. We got the train in England last week. Same train ride I used to do as a kid when I went to school. It was fucking silent. About 20 kids all sat on their phones and not talking. This makes me feel old but when I was that age we were loud as fuck on those trains. Having a laugh and probably being obnoxious pricks. But not now. AI is probably the most consequential invention or whatever since the internet. It’s going to revolutionize the world in both good and bad ways. Now we see companies laying people off left right and centre. We see billions being spent on AI and technology research and tools. And what does it mean for us as parents with careers? We are trying to raise kids in an age where technology addiction is the new porn addiction. Dopamine hit after dopamine hit fucking up their minds with unrealistic shit. Making them less human and less empathetic. Whilst we try and manage through that. On top of keeping our marriages and relationships alive. On top of keeping the roof on our heads and our income up. In spite of everything being way more expensive than any pay increases we may get. On top of uncertain careers where we have no clue what AI, the economy, the political landscapes and everything else has in store for us. This isn’t some woe is us bullshit and things used to be difficult for our parents and grandparents. I have no idea if it was and in many ways who cares. That doesn’t help the now. The now is us crying out for help but fearing judgement if we do it. The now is thinking everyone is living their best life with their fancy cars and huge houses and loads of vacations.
Quick poll: Want a live workshop for Step 1?
Would love your feedback on this. I’m considering running a live 45-60-minute session where I walk you through Step 1 of the Career Battle Plan - the honest assessment. (The reality check and energy audit) It would be practical, simple, and you’d leave with a clear view of your next move. Before I plan it, I want to see if this would actually help you. 👇 Vote below:

5 Years Ago I Had No Plan. Here’s What Happened Next.
This week I dropped the Career Battle Plan. Today I want to tell you why I actually created it. Five years ago, I was drifting. Not just in my career but also myself. I was in a role that played to none of my strengths, all of my weaknesses, and every day felt like a loop of: ➡️ Wake up miserable ➡️ Pray for the weekend ➡️ Spend the weekend dreading Monday And then came the endless “bad luck” streak… You know the one. Where every little thing goes wrong and you start wondering if the universe has it out for you. The phrase “If you don’t have a plan, someone else will plan for you” hit me hard. But here’s the truth… I had no idea what to actually DO with that. No clarity. No direction. Just survival. Eventually I hit rock bottom. And like most rock bottoms, there was a little lower to go before things turned around. Then one day, at my dining room table of all places, it clicked: My life couldn’t stay like this. Something had to change. And I was the only person who could change it. Month by month, things started shifting. Not perfectly. Not in a straight line. But enough that I could finally see progress… and possibility. The Career Battle Plan is the result of that five-year climb: 🔥 Growth 🔥 Learning 🔥 Redirection 🔥 Planning 🔥 And actually EXECUTING It’s the exact process that took me from lost and exhausted… to being a high performer for 8 of the last 10 years — including the last 4. Here’s what I’ve learned: Career “plans” don’t survive reality. Managers change. Roles change. We change. But having a battle plan - A next step. A strategy. A way to identify what’s stopping you and take back power - THAT is what puts you in control of your career instead of drifting through it. I’d love to know what lands with you. Check out the Battle Plan inside the classroom and tell me your top action from it. 👇 If you’ve already started using it, what hit you the hardest so far?
