How's your training going this week? March 2 - 6
This week has been weird. The academy has been pretty light with attendance, even with the kids' classes. I guess the full moon, eclipse, and Mercury in retrograde really got some of us. My computer has been getting in on the action and fully rebelling and not allowing me to broadcast some of our classes - pretty annoying to me, not gonna lie. I'm really looking forward to tonight's training. But I'd love to hear about your notices this week and what you've been working on.

Regressed this week in the following areas. —keeping gates closed and pushing out too much with my arms. -Couldn’t remember to use my legs. -Couldn’t frame properly with big guys on top of me in side control or move well enough to shrimp out.

What questions do you guys have for the Q&A session this coming Sunday? You can post it through text or video, happy to answer any and all questions!

I feel like my conditioning level is down from a month or two ago. Happy to be back on the mats after a short forced break. On Thursday, I rolled with a “new” guy and I could somewhat control him by being on top and somewhat getting a gift wrap but couldn’t get anywhere close to a submission. Friday I exhausted myself but it was good. I had my back taken pretty easily but honestly just happy to not have any pain post procedure.
Hey. We're happy you're here!
You have an opportunity to share a little about what brought you to this Skool. I always dislike this part of building an online community, but please give it your best shot. Let us know your goals, dreams, and aspirations - whatever really. If you prefer to just lurk on the side, that’s cool too!

My name is Rob Suh. Married for almost twenty years and have 4 daughters. I’m a retired naval officer after a 26 year career. I read the book COMFORT CRISIS, and I decided I needed some more discomfort in my life. To accomplish this, I decided to try BJJ. It’s been a great decision. Also great to now have two of my daughters training as well.
