New week. Before the noise starts, I want to anchor something simple. There’s an old execution idea called “The One Thing” — the idea that progress doesn’t come from doing more, but from choosing one outcome that actually moves the needle. So here’s the prompt: What is one outcome you want to have by the end of this week? Not ten tasks. Not a vague intention. One clear thing where, if it gets done, the week was a win. It could be: - Shipping something small - Talking to your first customer - Closing a client - Fixing one bottleneck you’ve been avoiding - Getting clarity on one decision Drop it below. Make it specific enough that you can come back on Friday and say yes or no. I’ll check back later in the week. Let’s be intentional. You never know, someone else might find the push they need in your comment.

First Post of the Year
I spent the break resetting and thinking deeply about what this community can actually become in 2026. One thing is clear to me. We have an untapped leverage here. Not tools. Not prompts. Not trends. The leverage is the network. Over 2,300 founders, builders, agency owners, and operators. All experimenting in real time. All learning fast. All stacking knowledge. Last year shifted how I see my role. Building products like Jarvis gave me clarity on speed and execution. Helping and consulting inside this community showed me how much momentum is unlocked when people stop building alone. This year, I want to lean into that intentionally. I’ll be running live, weekly sessions focused first on building and scaling AI agencies. Practical systems. Delivery. What is working right now. Later in the year, we will expand into SaaS building and product execution. No hype. No theory loops. Just shared leverage, applied consistently. If we use this space properly, the outcomes this year will look very different from the last. Let’s build.

My 2026 goals - my number one goal in early 2026 is to have my final landing page complete with links calendars demo and of course the avenger for systems in place connected to my assets ready to be published for clients to see. #2. My current projects are my landing page and my demos #3. My superpowers - Voice Agent prompts and creating demos. #4. [DAY 3] If You Have ICP and Offer, Time to Build Your Warm List 🎯
Hey Avengers, Day 3 Progress Check. First, some wins from the community: 1. Rob : “Day 1 ICP completed and Day 2 Offer Creation Worksheet completed.” 2. Kaylen: “Day 1 and Day 2 complete.” If you’re one of these people, you’re ahead of most who start programs like this. Now it’s time for the next step. THE TRUTH ABOUT BUILDING AN AI BUSINESS Building an AI business is hard. It’s worth doing, but it isn’t a shortcut and it isn’t fast money. This process is about: - Understanding your market (ICP) - Creating a valuable offer (outcome-based) - Talking to real people (outreach) - Getting feedback (iteration) - Closing deals (revenue) There are no shortcuts. Only action. YOUR DAY 3 MISSION: Build Your Warm Connection List If your ICP and Offer worksheets are done, here’s your weekend task. STEP 1: Look Around Your Network Identify people who match your ICP: - Former colleagues - LinkedIn connections - Local business owners - Friends of friends - Community contacts - Past clients Make a list of 20–50 people. Keep it simple. STEP 2: Start Conversations (Not Sales) Talk to people about what you’re building. Focus on feedback, not selling. Sample message: “Hey [Name], I’m building something new in the AI space and I’d like your feedback. I’m helping [YOUR ICP] with [YOUR OUTCOME]. Do you know anyone who might benefit? Or would you be open to a quick 15-minute chat?” That’s all you need. STEP 3: Document the Feedback After each conversation, note: - What resonated - What confused them - Any objections - Referrals they suggested This feedback will sharpen your ICP, offer, and messaging. STILL WORKING ON YOUR ICP/OFFER? If you’re still on Day 1 or Day 2, that’s fine. You have until Monday. Perfection slows people down. You refine by talking to real people, not by polishing documents. Start executing. YOUR WEEKEND CHECKLIST By Monday morning: - ICP worksheet completed (Day 1) - Offer Creation worksheet completed (Day 2) - Warm list of 20–50 people (Day 3) - At least 3–5 conversations started
