I need help making a pan sign out of ACM, with internal supports for rigidity. I also need help making a shop drawing for halo lit letters and logos mounted on a raceway.

A day in my life…
Would anyone be interested if I recorded “a day in my life” and post it on this community? I would fast forward all the boring parts during the day and zoom in on the moments where I teach my team, do a project/job for clients and maintain printers and such?? If so, what do you want to see??

Day before Christmas
My team had a busy “last day” installing beautiful fibre lasered 4mm steel cut logo/sign. Painted a charcoal matt and installed with some standoffs to create depth.

Very cool and great explanation. We use mostly aluminum for everything here in my part of the country. That is just based on demand and ability to hang a lighter weight substrate on all the old historic buildings. I am going to look into a Fiber Laser now though. Anything that can be spray painted versus powder coating wins in my humble opinion

Probably not half as nice as your finished product. We buy white face painted ACM but I never thought about painting those!!! Gosh, such a simple concept, not sure why I hadn't thought about doing that. Let me ask, how do you color match the spray paint if it needs to be a specific PMS color?

What do you do to rest?
I truly believe if you want to achieve greatness you have to work hard, but for us to work hard most of the time, we need to rest and recharge! So what do you do to relax/rest? I enjoy time with family and friends! Today we rested by going on a “game-drive”. Even though we didn't see everything we wanted to it was the funny moments with our friends that gives me energy to “rule the world”

I take 3 days to rest my body and Mind. Spend time with my dogs and decrease my social media and screen time drastically. Burn out is strong in this industry.
