Today I took the initiative to implement business credit. I hope it works. I used Plastiq for my Business Visa & Melio for the American Express. I am trying to leverage the credit and hold on to my cash. Convincing my wife was tough but she is on board. Although we are partners, sometimes other people do not share your same vision. I go to closing Thursday morning; I will let you know how it went on Thursday evening. Peace.

@Mike Slane and I are starting a "Junk Removal Company" for 3 reasons!! 1) We can make money with a new business 2) We can generate house buying Leads from these customers! 3) We can SAVE THOUSANDS on our taxes from all the donations we will make when we are hired to come remove some junk that could be donated to charities / thrift stores / good will / etc.... (We plan to hire people to run it.) Thoughts on this name...?

Does making an offer on a HUD-owned home require a lot of additional documentation, unlike buying from other sellers?

Did my first couple of cold calls today. Did a total of 10 and got 1 appointment. I called a couple of people on the DNC list on accident so we’ll see if they sue me or not LOL. Thanks to @David Dodge and everybody else who helped this is a big step for me!!
