Just started a new Skool community and got my first 35 members. But I’ve only had 1 engagement this week from those members. What would you do in the very beginning when someone joins to get them engaging right away?

Good News - A weekly program where we feature just really good news in the world. - You can submit good news that you hear about for us to read off too!! - Will DEF include a section about the personal wins members have too!! DUH 2. Skool CRM - FOR THE FIRST TIME usable for people on the skool hobby plan - I recommend everyone growing a skool have the $9 to track all of their members 3. (Untitled Project) - (help me name it?) - I used to charge 15-30k for full DFY biz buildouts on skool - i dont have time for that 1-on-1 stuff anymore, BUT i get requests all the time - SO i will make a YT series about building a community from 0-100 + you can follow along @Jas Lee-lo Smith reminds me to stop being so damn humble about this... so i will say this instead: After everything that I’ve experinced There is not a single person that understands more about building and running community. So i hope you put these things that me and my team have built to REALLY good use. ur welcy

Yesterday, @Evelyn Weiss dropped a video in Grow With Evelyn about engagement in this group and how there were 27k engagements but that they were meaningful. It took me some time. I really honestly didn't get it. I look around, and most of the conversations don't feel like how I would call "meaningful"... but then... I REALLY WANTED TO "GET" IT! I THINK I GOT IT. It's a different kind of meaningful, right? Like. Things don't have to be serious. We can just be like kids and joyful and have some fun, and that is meaningful too! So you'd come here to talk about bits like - our favorite color 💜 (purple and turquoise for me) - GOOD NEWS (I see a lot of that sprinkled in the mix!) - light-hearted bits - just having FUN So it's not that it's not meaningful... it's a DIFFERENT kind of meaningful. ADULTING IS HARD SOMETIMES. You can pop in here for a bit to get a breath of fresh air before you get back to the hard work of adulting. I like @Samanda Rasmussen's group for this too, it's not just a bunch of crap!! (I think I just tried to put words to a thing you wouldn't usually explain + understand a thing that's not meant to be understood. But oh well. haha! Cheers! 🤓💩😅) P.S. I think this is my intro. So I have a Freemium group and am having a hard time roping bits off for the Premium/VIP clients. I guess that is OK! Some friends *ARE* signing up, so I'm just going to keep on rolling with it! 😅
