Hey everyone, my name is Lucas. I’m based in upstate New York. My background is in project management, business transformation, stakeholder communication, and enterprise technology initiatives. I currently work as a Senior Project Manager at a Fortune 100 company, and I’m also building an AI services business with my business partner. My goal is simple: I want to land my second AI client and build a practical business that helps small and local businesses use AI to save time, improve follow-up, and compete more effectively. My why is my family. I’m a husband and father, and I want to create more financial freedom while building something useful and meaningful. I believe AI can help regular businesses stay competitive, and I want to become someone who can bridge that gap in a practical way. I’m here to move fast, take action, learn from the community, and contribute wherever I can.

Just sent my first five warm outreach messages on LinkedIn. Reached out to a former client, a couple of well-connected friends, and a developer I've known for years. I kept them short and asked "do you know anyone?" instead of pitching. Now the uncomfortable part: waiting. 😅 To anyone who is a perfectionist like me and is still tweaking their message for the fifth time.. just hit send. The polish isn't the point. 😉

I’ve chosen the Consultant path. I chose this path because my strengths are communication, discovery, business process improvement, project management, and helping people turn unclear problems into practical next steps. I’m more energized by conversations, strategy, and helping business owners understand what’s possible than trying to become a deep technical builder right away. I’m most excited about using the AI Tools Audit to help small and local businesses find practical ways to save time, improve follow-up, and reduce manual work with tools they can actually understand and use. My goal is to move fast, land my first AI consulting client, and build momentum through action.
