Howdy. Been playing with ai for about 4 months.... so total noobie. Ive mostly used claude cowork for build all our sop's and how too's in our business which has been a huge lift!. Now playing a lot more with code and learning so much. I love learning so this is a blast but can also be overwhelming how fast its all moving. My most recent project has been a internal app that our people are using to look up repair manuals, past history we have done to the unit and the how to in the business (think how to pay bills, how to paint equipment) All indexed and quickly searchable. Its not finished adding more HR functions but techs using it out in the field so feels like a big win! Wrench turner turned entry level coder...lol

That’s actually a huge win. A searchable internal app that techs are already using in the field is way beyond “total noobie” territory lol. Honestly this is one of the best real-world uses of AI/code I’ve seen: not just playing with tools, but turning all the messy SOPs, repair history, manuals, and how-tos into something your team can actually use every day. Wrench turner turned coder is a pretty powerful combo too, because you actually understand the problems you’re building for.

Congratulation with your Day 1
Two paths into AI work (which one is yours?)
Most YouTubers show you a single path into AI work: start an automation agency → take clients → sell automations. It works. I know because I built an AI automation agency and sold it. But it's not the only way in, and for a lot of you it's not even the best one. I made this video to break down the two real paths: The AI Career Opportunity Nobody is Talking About in 2026 Here's the quick version: Path A is the agency play. You go independent, take clients, build your own practice. Path B is the employment play. You become the most AI-fluent person in the room, and that's who companies want to hire or promote for AI work. If you're already employed, you become the obvious pick when an AI role opens. If you're looking to get hired, or move somewhere better, you walk in with real work instead of just claims. It's the less obvious path, but it's actually the more common one. The employment numbers (see the video) are shocking actually. Watch the full breakdown in the video. Then do one thing for me in the comments because I'm super curious: Tell me which path you are on. A, B, or both. And one line or so on why. I'll be reading these. Nate

This is a really important distinction. Not everyone needs to start an AI automation agency to get into AI work. For a lot of people, building the skills and joining a company that needs AI workflows might actually be the better and more stable path.

🚀New Video: Claude Mythos is Finally Here.
Anthropic just dropped Claude Fable-5, a Mythos-class model that sits above Opus and is available to everyone right now, plus Claude Mythos Five for Project Glasswing partners only. I break down what the two models actually are, the pricing, why Fable-5 is only free on your plan until June 22nd, and the benchmark jumps in coding, knowledge work, and vision. I also revisit my earlier Mythos prediction and what I'm most excited to put Fable-5 to work on.
