Hi Dave finally work out what to do lol im Ricky from coleraine and im 58 in the next few months 6 kids ages 35 to 8 and 5 grandkids. Loved to train in the past over 10 years have passed now and have lost all motivation and direction gained alot of bad weight heart and health issues to and need a good kick start and guidance to add to my life instead of sitting here with a head full of what ifs and why nots Many thank
