A few minutes ago, this community had over 800 members. Today? We’re at 141. And honestly… it kind of feels like Squid Game. Not because people were “eliminated” for failing workouts. Not because they were not strong enough. But because most people never really wanted to play. They wanted the idea of progress. They wanted motivation. They wanted to watch from the side. But when it came time to take action, post once, show up, try something uncomfortable… they disappeared. And that’s not a bad thing. Here’s the truth I’ve learned from coaching, parkour, ninja warrior, and skill training for years: Quality beats quantity. Always. 100 sloppy pushups with cheating form look impressive. 10 clean, controlled reps actually build something. It’s the same with communities. What we have now is not smaller. It’s stronger. 141 people who are willing to: • Try things they are bad at • Post when it is not perfect • Train even when it is awkward • Show up without instant rewards That’s rare. If you are still here, you are not here by accident. You chose progress over comfort. Participation over lurking. Identity over excuses. And this is just the beginning. 💬 Real question What made you stay when so many others quietly dropped out?

🥷 Week 1 Check-In For The Challenge | 3 Days Left
It’s Friday, and there are 3 days left in Week 1 of the 100-Minute Per Week Challenge. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up and doing your best with what you have today. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, a walk, mobility on the floor… it all counts. 👉 Drop your minutes in the “Action Log” so everything lives in one place Even if you’re just getting started, post where you’re at. That’s how momentum is built. Proud of everyone who’s stacking minutes already. Let’s finish the week strong, together. 💪🥷 Where are you at: __ / 100?
