If You've Been Thinking About Skoot, Read This Before Midnight 🏆
I wasn't planning on making another post about this today, but after today's live demo, I'd actually feel bad if I didn't remind you about today's deadline. (I included some screenshots of their wins page, because people are WINNING with this!) I know I've talked about Skoot recently and even had Garrett come hang out with us. But today they did a live demo on Tier 2 that I had time to attend, and it made one thing very clear... I don't think most of us have even scratched the surface of what's possible with it. What made this demo different was they didn't just show features. They kept asking: "How would you use this?" Then owners started throwing out real situations from their businesses. Someone wanted to automatically identify members who were most likely to upgrade and have personalized messages ready to send. Someone wanted AI to know their voice well enough that it could handle the beginning of conversations while they were away from their desk. Someone wanted reminders before member calls with context from previous conversations instead of trying to remember who someone was. Someone wanted to know which classroom lessons actually led to upgrades so they could reorganize their entire onboarding. I wanted to know if the Skoot MCP could be checking every morning for those who needed a follow up instead of trying to remember everyone myself. Because I know I want to remember it all, but sometimes that's not possible. Another one we all kind of pieced together was after a sales call, having the sales rep do the follow up based on what we talked about in the call. Garrett said with the Skoot AI Notetaker coming out that he could work on that. I also found it very cool that 12 Skool Games winners from this quarter used Skoot and they had 4 of the top in the categories using it. (3 of the 4 them using Tier 2 already). So now that's 57 Skool Games winners, and that still matters because even if Games are going away as we know it... that's some serious wins and will be useful when the new secret games replacement comes out! 🏆

💡 One Thing You NEED To Know About Growth Boost
Growth Boost is now available in your group settings and it's turned on by default. BUT it's not active until next week. That means you have plenty of time to click around, read through it, ask questions, and understand how it works before it actually goes live. I've seen a lot of questions already and I'll be answering many of them... ...but I wanted to share one thing right now about the Growth Boost Skool Ads: Skool pays for the ads. Meta decides who gets shown. And if you know anything about Meta, you know it rewards what performs. That's why your cover photo, group description, about page, onboarding, and retention suddenly matter a whole lot more. Because Meta isn't just looking at clicks. It's looking at what happens after the click. Do people join? Do they stay? Do they become customers? The communities that get people to click, join, engage, stay, and spend money are positive signals that are likely to have an advantage. That's exactly why I decided to soft launch Make Money with Community. For the next 30 days, we're going to focus heavily on the things that influence clicks, conversions, engagement, and retention so you're in the best position possible when Growth Boost goes live. I made this video to go over what it looks like in your Group Settings and explain all of this if you want to hear it from me vs read it. 👇 If you have questions, drop them below and I'll do my best to answer them.

Weekend Vibes! 😎⛅
It's been awhile since we had a post in here just to share what we're up to! Here in the United States, some of us are in the middle of a 4 day weekend. I've been non-stop working on stuff outdoors, because we had 3 loads of white gravel placed and it needed to be leveled... 🥵 I'm nowhere near completed, but oh boy do I appreciate internet work over this manual labor lol We've done a good bit of grilling, water chaos fun (aka filling up buckets to water plants...but ended up in a water battle with my 4yr old), feeding our stock tank of gold fish, and making sure the workers had plenty of ice water. Oh 💐 we did spot these adorable little girls with a stand in their driveway, but instead of lemonade it was flowers! A bouquet of zinnias for $10. So my little one wanted to buy a bouquet for me and for his Grandma. He said "Mom! We have to support little entrepreneurs! They might have high yield savings too!" lol so yeah we bought 2 of them. 🥰 Tomorrow, more outdoor work and maybeee looking at a container house that we might add to the property, while the new tiny house is under construction. I'm curious to know what you guys are up to! What fun, chaotic, normal, chill, or work things are you doing this weekend?

Monday Already completed! We talked about our weekend and different ways to run challenges inside your community. There were a lot of good conversations, so check it out! :) Tuesday Time Management + Tracking ⚠️ We’re starting EARLY at 8:30am CST. We’ll be talking about time management, tracking what actually matters, staying organized while running communities, and ways to stop feeling all over the place while balancing content, support, DMs, calls, and life. Wednesday 🚨 DROP YOUR KEYWORDS Group Cards + Keywords ⚠️ We’re also starting EARLY at 8:30am CST. This one should be fun! Drop your keywords below because we’re going to search them live, check out your group cards, and talk about what stands out, what’s clear, what’s confusing, and what could help more people find your community. Thursday This is going to be more hangout style with @Matthew Burns from ProveWorth and @Artin Asghari who helps with Skoot. We’re going to talk about how AI is going to change communities forever from different perspectives, especially with things like MCP, AI Sales Reps, trust, reputation, automation, and what community owners may need to pay attention to moving forward. Friday We’ll go over what stood out this week on Skool, things we noticed, updates, conversations worth talking about, and hear how your week went too. Reminder: Tuesday and Wednesday are starting earlier than normal at 8:30am CST, so don’t miss it 👀
