Bio: 12 years vegan, long time vegetarian. Retired music teacher, living in the Pocono Mountains of NE Pennsylvania.

Bio: I’m a mother and grandmother who is committed to thriving on plants! I’ve been mainly vegan since I was a teenager. Still a work in progress!

Bio: Animal Rights & Political Activist. Age 76. Recovering from being hit by a car while walking 6yrs ago. Wish I had found VSA years earlier. 😻
