Hey everyone, A quick update on my journey. After deciding to move into the fitness industry, it's time for the next concrete step: I want to start my journey to become a coach. I need to be honest here – all my experience so far has come from training myself. I've created my own plans and I genuinely love analyzing the process. However, I've only ever done this for myself; never professionally and never for other people. This is where I need your input. I'm looking for good, proven recommendations for knowledge sources. It can be anything: books, courses, YouTube... anything you consider essential groundwork. My goal is to genuinely develop and be a good coach for myself and others.
