We talked in the meeting Tuesday about niching down into a more specific niche, rather than "contractors and service businesses". I spent a couple of hours tonight digging into ideas. I created a looong AI prompt describing what we do, what kind of customers we'd like, have served in the past, by industry size, amount they are already marketed to, their income & ability to pay, AI use... even difficulty of the AI systems that they are likely to need so we know we can deliver a great product. I skipped medical, because of HIPA laws and liabilities, and retail because it's too much to track thousands of products/skews, inventory, etc.. And of course... I had to like it, lol. I think I know what I want to do, but thought I'd post this first. Anyone have any thoughts? --------------------------------------- Anyway, I got some great ideas.
