How can I sell to churches?
I'd like to see how we do selling the voice AI and AI website widget to churches. I am SURE the competition is MUCH less, and they're more likely to take the calls. Give this a shot! We would probably not sell the entire lead system to a church, but I could definitely see us selling the AI voice attendant and AI website widgets. (AI Receptionists and chats) Churches get the same calls and questions over and over again, and it's pretty redundant... and every Monday morning they have a bunch of messages from the weekend that need to be handled. -What time are services on Sunday? -Do you do baptisms? -How can I get someone to visit my relative in the hospital? -Can I get my house blessed? -And others... Try these: PHONE SCRIPT WHEN THEY ANSWER or RETURN YOUR CALL: "Hi, I'm doing some work for a deacon from a parish in Illinois, and he asked me to give you guys a call. We know how many calls you get asking the same questions over and over, and he built an AI voice agent that answers your phones... either all the time, or just at nights and the weekends. [*] This way you don't need to check a bunch of messages every morning. He's setting them up for churches to try for free for a month. Do you answer the same questions over and over again? *OR, instead of saying "free for a month", you can just say "He's setting them up for anyone to try if you like. You can go register here and it'll be up and running for you to try in a few days: aisprinkled.com/voice " You take it over from here, answer any questions - when it makes sense, say: Can we set it up for you to try? It's free for a month, we don't need a credit card or anything, just say 'ok' and we'll get to work and let you know when it's ready!". Or as an alternate opener, you can say: “Hi, this is (NAME). I’m doing some work for a deacon in Illinois, and I'm trying to reach the pastor of (church name) about a new project. Is he available?" When he returns the call, or the call is transferred to him, say:

How can I sell to churches?

We talked about finding a good response for someone who returns your call after we leave a message. This can be used for inviting them to be shown on the cover of mesaatyourservice.com . The message should create curiosity without sounding like a trap or pissing someone off when they return the call. The goal is for them to return the call, have interest, and NOT think you tricked them. PHONE MESSSAGE: "hi, I'm looking for a (tree trimming company/etc) for a new project in Mesa. I keep leaving messages, but I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Can you give me a call back, please?'. Try this also... it's a little "softer": PHONE MESSAGE: “Hi, this is (NAME). I’m trying to reach the owner at [Company Name] about a new project in Mesa, and I may have the wrong person. Please call me back at [number] when you get a chance.” PHONE MESSAGE - MORE DIRECT: “Hi, this is (NAME). I’m trying to reach the owner at [Company Name] about a new project in Mesa. We would like to write an article about your company for the cover of a new local service directory... it's totally free... it's kind of like a high-end Yelp. If you can give me some help, would you call me back at [number], please?” If you like, you can also add: "You can take a look at the site at mesaatyourservice.com if you like." (test them both and see how it goes) When they call you back AFTER leaving a PHONE MESSAGE: “Thanks for calling me back, NAME. I promise not to keep you... I’m reaching out because I need some help with a new project. We’re looking for a (tree trimmer/etc) to promote on the homepage of a new local business directory just launched in Mesa. It's like a high-end Yelp with more information. Am I talking to the right person?." Go from there... answer questions, etc.. --------------------------------- WHEN YOU EMAIL or DM: "Hi, I'm looking for a (tree trimming company/etc) for a new project in Mesa. Do I have the right person?

Mid-Week update - mtg recording & more...
Hey all! I have some good stuff to pass along, please go through all of this! -Please read the other new post here where I gave NEW scripts and ideas about how to find people to be listed on the Mesaatyourservice.com site. -I just uploaded the recording to the Tuesday meeting, please make sure you're familiar with the information, training, and updates we shared. Initially, we only had the "Local Trust System" at $297 a month... but we all want to make more $ than that, so we now have packages available from $297 to $1497. The highest package pays you around $600 a MONTH. You won't need to sell a whole lot of these to be happy about your paycheck! Please share your thoughts, and things you may hear from potential customers. Study these packages... I will soon be making detailed videos to help you understand them better. -Remember, you CAN go through all of the details with a potential client and close the sale, but your main job is to get them interested, and LET ME close them. You should be sharing the free website offer, our free group for contractors, and our local directory in Mesa/Phoenix Az. Once they take one of our FREE offers, I will make a custom video showing them how we can help them. Or, if they want to talk to me on a call, we can do it that way. FOCUS ON THIS... it's SO much less for you to learn! Offer 50 free websites a day to new business who don't have one, or established businesses with old crappy ones, and you WILL have takers! -I HIGHLY prefer to use the video strategy, because believe it or not, it will get you MORE sales than setting up appointments! More people are willing to watch a short video than get on a call with someone. So get them something free, then you and I will communicate and make them a great customized sales video for you to send them as their account manager. They will be willing to watch it, because we already gave them value/free stuff without asking for anything in return. And THEN we'll follow up and get the sale.

If you need a US local phone number to call from...
Tuesday 4-28 Team Meeting Recap/Recording
The recording will be posted later today... Nick led a meeting to discuss challenges with cold calling and introduce new service packages. The team addressed issues like low response rates from toll-free numbers and the difficulty of getting past receptionists who lack decision-making authority. They explored solutions such as leaving better voicemails and switching to local phone numbers. Nick introduced three new service packages: the Local Trust System ($297/month), Local Trust System Plus ($697/month with either voice AI or lead generation), and a full “All of the Above” package ($1497/month). The team also discussed strategies for reaching decision-makers through LinkedIn and Facebook groups, with Nick emphasizing the shift from one-to-one cold outreach to one-to-many strategies. Nick also shared feedback from a recent call with Hasan and a potential client who showed interest in both voice AI and lead generation, along with suggested follow-up strategies. Next Steps: Nick will look into options for obtaining local US phone numbers, including Google Voice and other providers, for the outreach team. Nick will write and share a suggested phone message script and follow-up email template for both receptionists and decision-makers. People will test leaving detailed voicemails and sending follow-up emails (including Loom videos if appropriate) when calls are not answered, and report back on results. They will also spend time offering free websites as a lead generation tactic, targeting businesses with outdated or poor websites via Google Maps. Hasan will send a follow-up email to Lauren (a prospect from yesterday’s call) on Thursday to check on her Google Business profile progress and offer help. Hasan will also schedule and conduct a follow-up call with Lauren next week. Nick will create and share a demo video showing how to use Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit groups for one-to-many outreach using the free website offer. Nick will make custom Loom videos for interested prospects as requested by the team.

@Brittany Green No worries... you can catch the recording when it's posted. It's fine, you'll get there. Typically if you click on "calendar" at the top here, it will show you the meeting times in your local timeslots. Make sure you have the right timezone picked in the settings for Skool.
