I've not been ignoring the group (or Dorn!) Just been really busy! Currently on my way to NZ for 3 weeks, where I'll be even busier! Good News.....several new high quality customers in April! and an App Tool suite that blows me away every time I use it (Yes Brett is clever!) We are now building entire websites with Code, published for perfect AI/Google Optimization with a few clicks! Yes there's loads of pre-work in it, getting the brand voice right and the GBP layout but its awesome! HeyGen AI Video Avatars So I had a play with this tool last week and made this in about 30min from scratch! Its a 2.5 min vid of me talking about a product we offer...Yes its off center and the background I uploaded didn't come through but this was user error and me just having a quick play! (I now have my video editor learning the editing functions of HeyGen this week, So that he can edit and sort all vids with the scripts I provide) Note: To make a script you can do it in HeyGen, but I find doing it in ChatGPT and download so its ready to go! is super fast! I took the $39 plan but think we will upgrade now to business at $150 PM with 5x custom avatars! enabling us to make customer videos also! So GHL has a new feature under Reviews - Settings, that allows you to set up a 'Drip' to reply to old reviews...Its super easy and works great!Old reviews were very time consuming to sort only as in GHL and GBP you had to manually scroll and select the un-replied review to then action a reply and it would take you back to the start of reviews after doing the reply...so if your on pg 20! its a nightmare!Now we can set up a Drip and select reply to reviews older than 6 months, reply to 10-20 per day etc...Only reply to 2stars and above, use a generic response...So i tested this on one customer who pay for a full use GHL subscription, and it sorted all of their 300+ outstanding review replies...I then phoned another customer and told them they had over 2300 unanswered Reviews...(Across 3x Locations) So i offered this.... $0.24c per reply $97 Per month per location and a set drip rate per location so that the Sub is 2x3 of $97 and 1x$97 Total cost $1242.28Deal was accepted on the spot!While we do the replies we will build a custom Agent in the specific style and tone of the mangers from each location and deploy, thus showing its effectiveness and continuing the reply service at $97 PM (This customer has always done review management in house and has not wanted to use AI for it...)
