Dose my energy better. Not use my good days all in a few very productive hours but rest as well those good days and spread over a few days without feeling guilty or in failure. Objective being not needing two days to recup from fibro brain with sleep. Using my good planning tools better as well. Love myself more đŸ„° and cat cuddle more often 😾

@Kim Bond you’re a warrior Kim!! I live in West Northern QuĂ©bec and know what cold means. You are doing an awesome job. I used to be like you but I kind of lowered my battleaxe a bit and now go further forward knowing it is OK to accept and ask for help. Kudos to you but please be careful my friend. My son lost both his legs to below the knees to frost bites living your way. Wanting to prove to himself and us he could do it ALL alone. You can’t walk and seen help with frost bitten feet. Full positivitĂ© to you and please keep warm.
