Anyone else having issues with the Portal? Files missing, unable to process orders, error messages. Have reported it to Tom but just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

Buzzing I've been uploading posters for around 3 weeks now and I've got my first sale after 72 uploads

Hi, would love to hear peoples experiences with frame orders and if you’ve had lots of good feedback? We added them when they first launched and had 6 sales the first couple of weeks, but out of those six, 4 people complained about the quality of the frames themselves. We ended up removing frames completely from the shop but would love to add them back in especially in the run up to Christmas. Were we just unlucky with a run of difficult customers? Has everyone been getting good feedback on frame orders? We rarely get complaints about the actual print quality. Thanks!

How have you set up delivery in Etsy? I've currently got only the UK delivery set up, but unsure how to go about adding other countries, especially when the address for PrintShrimp is UK based. Any help appreciated :)
