Hi all, not that I’m at all complaining but I had a customer purchase 3 for 20% off, they’ve left a great five star review but copy and pasted the review for all three, will Etsy flag this or find it bizarre? Or is this a common occurrence? Cheers

Hi all, I've had a US order at 11x14". My artwork files are A-series ratio (0.707) and 11x14 is 0.786. How do you handle that — do you scale to fit and add a border, or crop to fill? And should I be supplying a separate file at US ratio for these sizes? Cheers!

1 month in and 4 unframed sales and the first framed sale has come through! So exciting even if slightly sickening to stump up the cost 😂 hopefully it’s up and up from here

Hi all, just had my first 20% off for 3 or more prints come through (not framed). Do I process this as normal, or is there anything specific I need to do? I've seen a few queries about the new policies around 20% off orders and, like the neglectful bugger I am, didn't read them at the time.

After a month and 44 listings, I sold two posters from a new collection I just listed for £52! Exciting stuff.
