Are you using a dialer? It's impossible to NOT get a deal if I'm on the phone for a few hours. I'm scared of picking up the phone, not because of call reluctance or lack of motivation, but the fact that I get a deal every time I pick it up.

I chatted with a seller over the phone and am supposed to be meeting up with him tomorrow to take a look at the house. I just ran comps and my MAO is 100,434 and he wants 250K!! šŸ˜’ He claims that no repairs are needed. The area the house is in isn't the greatest and no homes have sold for that high AT ALL!! I just was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to negotiate with this? On the phone he sounds like he might be a difficult one. šŸ¤” Just wondering if I'm wasting my time?? HELP!!

You are so far apart, it's not even worth negotiating unless you have have a motivated seller. Why do they want to sell apart from getting twice what it is worth?
