I'd like to provide you with an even better opportunity to share your expertise with the group and potentially get sign ups or even sales. In September, I hosted a free masterclass for this group about how to strategically set up a Skool classroom that would ensure your members get results. Approximately 20 people attended, and 6 people purchased monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and even my signature $857 course. This is about a 30% conversion rate, which is exceptionally high. ๐Ÿค— I would like to provide you with the same opportunity to share value with the group and then invite attendees to join you in your free or paid offer. ๐Ÿฅณ This opportunity will be available to Premium members ($2/month) for a one-time administrative fee of $10 each time you would like to offer the masterclass. However, there's a catch ๐Ÿซฃ. It is important to me that the masterclasses that are offered in the Classifieds are high-quality and provide real value. If a bunch of people are just pitching hard or giving fluff, then people will stop attending them, and it hurts us all. So, what I have decided to do is host my own masterclass on November 4 called How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass. The replay will be available for one week after the live class. The cost of the class is a whopping $27, which also includes the cost of your first masterclass. So you will only have to start paying the $10 per masterclass if you want to host more than one. If you want to host a masterclass, it will be MANDATORY to take the "How to" course first. You do not have to follow my model or format for your masterclass, but you do need to understand what I consider valuable. *** You can register for the course in the Classroom. It is the first "course" listed. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to learn from each other as well as to build our authority, grow our audiences, and stay top of mind. I sincerely hope you join me, and I'd love to hear your thoughts and/or questions below! ๐Ÿ˜Š

#WinWednesday How Stephanie finally got the help she needed...
"I initially joined Shannon's Build Lab instead of buying the full Your Best Course Experience. Though very economical, this has been one of the best purchases Iโ€™ve ever made for my business. The value is unbelievable. Shannon's extensive knowledge of the curriculum development process is apparent in every Zoom session she hosts in the Build Lab. The Build Lab has a vibrant, active community of fellow course and tutorial creators who freely share their ideas, support and feedback. Shannon generously shares the first module of her course creation system which shows the quality and depth of her offerings - I couldn't believe she was giving all of this information away! I have been in the Build Lab for three months and have just purchased the full YBCE course. I have been burned several times by expensive courses that did not deliver what was promised. Iโ€™m so grateful to have found Shannon and to be a part of this community. If you just want to get your feet wet and see what Shannon has to offer I highly recommend the Build Lab. For anyone who wants to learn course creation from the best, Shannon is the real deal! @Stephanie McIntyre

Whatโ€™s on your calendar this week?
Iโ€™ve noticed that many of you are hosting lives for your communities. Great work! Invitation for today: Describe one event on the calendar for your group (preferably this week). What is the purpose of it, and what do you do during the session? Share about your event in a new post. Letโ€™s call it #getinvolved If you donโ€™t have live events in your group, letโ€™s talk about it. Explain why in the comments below! ๐Ÿ˜Š

@Shannon Boyer Just doing, working on the pareto principle. 20 % of the task will provide 80% of the forward momentum.

@Heather Majors Totally agree, thanks for the reminder.
Still Deciding if The Build Lab and Your Best Course Experience is Right For You???
I made this short recording for you to give you more information to help you make the decision. You are welcome inside whenever the time is right for you, but the limited time bonus of a one-hour strategy session with me to get your course creation process started in the right direction expires Sunday night at midnight EDT. I'd love to support you on this incredible journey!

@Jes Solo , @Shannon Boyer a little story about me (Michigan ) and Canadian Mounted Police. When I was a child I watched a TV show "Yukon King" Sergeant Preston and his dog King. I enjoyed watching him when he would take his big mittens off and flip them behind his back, and they would stay there. Years later, I am mushing sled dog teams of 16 dogs in northern Michigan, and this memory of Sergent Preston recurred every time I flipped my mittens off, when I didn't need them, and they stayed behind my back so I could work with my hands. It gave me pleasure both in doing it and in the memory simultaneously. Fantastic fantastic memory.

@Shannon Boyer Thanks, I ran races as long as 300 miles, sleeping with the dogs (found out what a 2 dog night was). Couldn't flip my gloves without remembering Sargent Preston. Derived so much pleasure not only from mushing but the memories of CMP
