Introduction
Hello to all Expert Coaches in training, I'm so pleased to find a community of like minded people. Last year I ran through a certification course in counselling skills in order to ensure my advice giving was appropriate and well delivered; it's been something that comes very naturally to me, but still know there is great potential to do more harm than good if ones emotional intelligence and due diligence are not developed. So here I am, ready to take my skills to expert level in order to help people heal and reach their own actualisation. Glad to be here! 💖

DOUBT
Dear community. I know this is a very normal cycle. For coaches but also for life in general. What was your biggest game changer in how you dealt with doubt. When you have days when you ask yourself why you’re all doing this. Days when you think “ so many already , why me, others have all their back office so together, no clients lined up “ etc When I’m in a client call I love what I’m doing. When I’m just doing the nitty gritty entrepreneurial stuff that comes with being a coach , doubt peaks around the corner. Thank you all who took the time to answer 🙏

Hi Hannette, firstly, congratulations on your bravery! Even with the doubts you have, you are still here and still working to make it happen. That's awesome!! The technical business stuff that comes when trying to make something of the desire to coach and help others is inevitably difficult; and also very common. Fortunately there are many great resources out there to help in such times. Planners, schedules, templates are all good tools for taking some of the stress out of the 'other' stuff; and once you've been doing it a little while these things should become easier too. Hopefully before the doubt brings you to a halt. I believe in you - you should too! x
