Built them a full AI-powered growth engine to help them generate and nurture leads. Closed this one in 2 quick conversation, they saw the value right away and we moved surprisingly fast. 🏆 Win #2: Website for a A 13 location hospitality group. Designed and delivered a clean, professional website for them. This one came by reaching out to all my warm network and turns out they were exactly looking for that. They went from first chat to closed deal in no time, sometimes it really is that straightforward. 🏆 Win #3: Consolidated Sales Dashboard for the 13 location hospitality group After loving the website, they asked me if I could build a single dashboard that pulls together sales data from all 13 of their restaurant locations that they were having through individual PDFs. I built trust with the website, showed my expertise with the live dashboard and now we're looking towards creating and deploying there own AIOS! Three projects closed back to back in a short period of time. Almost $10K in set-up fees and $3K in monthly revenue. I'm honestly still a bit surprised by how fast things are moving. I just wanted to share this here because if you're just starting out and wondering if there are real opportunities out there, there absolutely are. What you scrapedI scraped An English dropshipping website. By doing so, I was able to access and extract all of its products, including products that appeared to be hidden from regular navigation. One thing you learned In this exercise, it performed the entire workflow: scraping, because it extracted data from the website; discovery, because it identified and provided all the product URLs; and crawling, because it explored the site's pages and delivered the data in a CSV file. One use case idea It can significantly speed up the process of identifying products with high market potential. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears hahaha. PD: The result looks disorganized, but it worked perfectly when imported.

In this video, I show you how to use Claude Code with n8n to build pretty much anything, from automations to full web apps. I walk through how to connect Claude Code to the n8n MCP server so it understands all the nodes, configurations, and how workflows actually work, and how to give it n8n skills so it can build and modify workflows effectively. Then I show you how to take existing n8n workflows, analyze and optimize them, and turn them into real front-end apps. We go through building the app, pushing it to GitHub, and deploying it on Vercel so you can see the full end-to-end pipeline. This setup makes it way easier than most people think to go from workflow to real product.
